Welcome to my world of Spiritual Counseling and Psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy for the modern age is increasingly tending towards spirituality with each passing day. The main goal of Spiritual Psychotherapy is to open the heart and develop the capacity to experience compassion. This involves experiences of a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life, and a sense of belonging and a deeper connection with others. Deeper healing of the whole self is possible when spiritual practice is combined with work on our personality and it is so more powerful than traditional psychotherapy.

Psychology for the modern age is also becoming more consciousness based in order to be relevant. Psychotherapy, Psychology, Psychiatry all have root words ‘Psyche’ or the Soul which had been missing in so far in their respective fields. Fortunately, the modern age is seeing a transition back to the roots.

Hypnotherapy has its roots in Vedic Sciences and have common ancestral origin with Yoga Nidra and Dhyana. The New Age Hypnosis is also venturing into the Study of the Cells (Neuropsychobiology) and the Study of Soul. Science and Mysticism has been coming closer and contributing to the overall wellbeing in all spheres of mankind.

Thus, healing and psychotherapy has to be soul centred and consciousness based in order to be effective, and particularly suitable with our Dharmic origin and ethos. And that is precisely, my area of work in my spiritual counselling and psychotherapy practice.
